Why I Started Pure Digital
I got into this trade because I was tired of watching people get messed about. Sky would turn jobs down because they weren't "cost-effective." BT couldn't help because of insurance restrictions. And Southampton residents were getting charged corporate prices for simple fixes that should have been sorted years ago.
Southampton deserved better than call centres and franchise operations pretending to be local. So I started Pure Digital to be what I'd want if I needed aerial work done: someone local who knows the area, takes pride in the work, and gives you a straight answer.
Local Knowledge That Makes a Difference
I've been serving Southampton for years. I know which aerials work in Bitterne's interference zones. I know Woolston's transmitter alignment challenges. I know Millbrook's weak signal areas. This isn't theory from a training course – it's years of actually doing the work.
When you call me, you're not getting someone reading from a script. You're getting someone who's probably already fixed the same problem three streets away.
How I Work
You deal with me directly. I answer the phone, I do the work, I stand behind it. No subcontractors, no corporate runaround.
If I say I'll be there, I'll be there. If I quote you a price, that's the price. And if something I install fails, I'll sort it – that's my 12-month personal guarantee.
What I Won't Do
I won't rush a job to squeeze in another one. I won't take on work I can't guarantee personally. I won't lie about costs or talk down competitors to win your business.
If I can't do something safely and properly, I'll tell you straight. But if it's technically possible – where I can do something, I will.
